Turmeric Fried Rice
What to do with your leftover rice so that it doesn't go to waste? We always prefer to fried it ! This turmeric is not only an incredible flavorful dish, it is also a natural way to boost immune system. By adding extra turmeric into your diet during periods of stress or during flu season to help give your immune system a little boost.

INGREDIENTS

150g chicken breasts

1/3 cup green peas

1/2 cup/ 100g shimeji mushroom

1nos egg
-
1 tea spoon turmeric powder

1 tea spoon soy sauce
-
minced shallot and garlic
-
Harvist Premium extra red palm oil
-
1 serving left over rice

DIRECTIONS

Marinate chicken breast at least 10 minutes with salt, pepper and soy sauce.

Heat Harvist premium red palm oil in a large pan over medium. Add in garlic and shallot and fry until fragrant.

Continue to add in green peas, shimeji mushroom and chicken breast. Cook until the chicken breast is cooked.

Add the cooked rice, seasoned with some salt, turmeric powder and soy sauce to the pan and toss to combine, Breaking up any lumps in the rice.

Add in egg, toss again and continue to cook until all ingredients are heated through.

Place the fried rice into serving bowl/plate. Sprinkle turmeric fried rice with green onions.
