Baby Spinach & Roasted Walnut Garlic Dip

In just 10 minutes, you can make this delicious, easy appetizer to cheer your guest. This thick, creamy and versatile condiment has a pleasingly bold flavor. The vibrant green baby spinach & roasted walnut garlic dip is full of superfood and it's super healthy. You can stir it into steak, pasta, burgers or as a dipping sauce for tortilla chips too ! Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Garlic Infused Palm Oil
- 2 cups Roasted Walnut
- 500g Baby spinach
- 250g Cream Cheese
- 4-5 tbsp Lemon juice / white vinegar
- 1 tbsp Coriander
- A pinch of salt & pepper
Instructions

1. In a food processor, chop the roasted walnut finely until the consistency of coarse breadcrumbs.

2. Add Baby spinach and coriander then chop together for 1 minute.

3. Stir in Harvist garlic-infused red palm oil, lemon juice, and cream cheese, and season with Salt and pepper to taste.

4. Blend thoroughly until dip-like consistency, then transfer to a serving dish and garnish with coriander leaves.

5. Serve with a tortilla chip, flatbread, or sandwiches.
