Buttered Garlic Sea Bass

The taste of the ocean in your mouth. The combination of omega 3 from sea bass with our Vitamin A and E from Garlic infused red palm oil. A healthy meal for you to enjoy with friends and family. A simple meal to make but a huge benefit you get!
Ingredients
- Garlic Infused red palm oil
- 1 whole sea bass (cut into 4-5 parts)
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 1 holland onion
- 3 stalks of curry leaves
- 2 stalks of dried chilies
- 1/4 cup fresh milk
- A bit of lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Wash the fish until clean and drain. Marinate the fish with a bit of turmeric powder and salt, then fry them and set aside.

Pour Garlic infused red palm oil and 3 tablespoons of butter into the pan. Add chopped garlic, onion, and ginger once the butter melts, then add fresh milk and lemon juice, and stir well.

Grind all the ingredients and saute for a while.

Add curry leaves and chopped dried chilies. Stir well, and add salt and sugar to taste.

The final step put back the fried fish in the gravy.
