Ingredients

  • 4 nos potatoes
  • 100ml milk
  • 20g melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon of cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of Harvist Premium Red Palm Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cut 4 potatoes into pieces and cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes.
  2. In a pan, heat butter and milk over low heat until butter is melted.
  3. Add in salt and pepper to taste, and a tablespoon of cream cheese
  4. Mashing the potatoes with a folk or a food processor.
  5. Drizzle over a tablespoon of Premium Red Palm Oil for a healthier touch.
