Ingredients
- 4 nos potatoes
- 100ml milk
- 20g melted butter
- 1 tablespoon of cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon of Harvist Premium Red Palm Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cut 4 potatoes into pieces and cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes.

In a pan, heat butter and milk over low heat until butter is melted.

Add in salt and pepper to taste, and a tablespoon of cream cheese

Mashing the potatoes with a folk or a food processor.
