Berry Smoothie with PREMIUM Red Palm Oil

About the Recipe

This smoothie made purely of berries (strawberries, blackberries and rasberries, by adding a tablespoon of PREMIUM red palm oil, they are wonderfully healthy and nutritious.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon of Premium red palm oil
  • 1 tsp chia seed
  • 1 to flex seed
  • 100ml roasted almond milk
  • Optional topping: vanilla yogurt/ coconut chips

Instructions

  1. In a smoothie cup, put in strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, and bananas.
  2. Pour in roasted almond milk followed by chia seed and flaxseed.
  3. Drizzle over a tablespoon of Harvist Premium red palm oil.
  4. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
  5. You can choose to add topping with vanilla yogurt or coconut chips for a perfect start!
