Korean Creamy Garlic Bun

Garlic bread is one of the simplest recipes you could ever make, but it's amazing how these simple ingredients can make something so delicious. This Korean cream cheese garlic bread is a popular street food in Korea. Use Harvist Garlic Infused Extra Red Palm Oil to boost up the outlook with added nutrients.

Ingredients
- Bread (4-5 buns)
- Bread flour 250g
- Sugar 17g
- Salt 4g
- Yeast 3g
- Full cream milk 135g
- Butter 10g?
- Cream filling
- Cream cheese 100g
- Whipping cream 100g
- Sugar 18g
- Garlic Topping
- Minced Garlic 10g
- Scallion 10g
- Premium Garlic Infused extra red palm oil 40g
- Salt 1g
- Sugar 10g
- Whipping cream 40g
Instructions

Knead all Bread ingredients into a mixer or bread machine until the window panel stage. Let it rise for 1 hour.

Mix cream ingredients with a mixer until smooth then keep it in a pipping bag then refrigerate.

After the dough rises up, cut it into 4 equal pieces, then shape it into round, and let covered to proof another 20 mins.

For Garlic topping, heat up a wok with Garlic Infused Extra Red Palm oil, saute garlic until fragrant then add all remaining ingredients and mix well.

Preheat oven 170c and bake bread for 20mins. Egg wash (optional)

Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool on the rack completely.

Slice the cooled bun into 8 pieces, making sure that the knife does not go all the way down.

Fill the buns with soft cream cheese filling.

Soak each bun with garlic butter topping.

Bake it in a preheated oven at 170c for 15 mins then serve warm.
